New Raw Vegan Cafe Looking for all Kitchen staff.
We are a Brand new Raw Vegan Gluten Free Cafe, We are looking for a few experienced & talented chefs to prepare and execute menu. Experience in Raw Vegan Is preferred but not necessary, most important is to have professional cooking experience and to be excited about this cuisine.
Positions available are :
Executive Sous Chef:
Will work closely with Executive Chef during & before opening. Must have kitchen management experience. Will be responsible for managing small staff of cafe, while maintaining, ordering, scheduling, and future menu development. This will be an open kitchen so cleanliness and a tidy workspace will be very important. Experience in Raw Vegan / Gluten Free cooking is preferred, but we are willing to meet talented chefs with no raw food experience.
This position requires completion the NYC Food Protection Course.
Line / Prep Cook:
Production and packaging of Salads, Crackers, Dressings, Vegetable prep. Again experience in Raw Vegan / Gluten Free cooking is preferred but we are Willing to meet talented chefs with no raw food experience. Must be comfortable in an open kitchen.
